We thrive to optimise and simplify the information given and perceived by passengers whilst at the same time balancing official and commercial information. The approach is entirely user-centred, and through a logical information system, Triagonal thrives to improve the overall user experience and unfold the potential of complex places such as airports, hospitals, and public spaces. Our services range from assessment of existing terminal information over strategic development of all passenger related information to tendering and developing technical wayfinding solutions.
Triagonal has through our 12 years of existence worked on more than 50 airport projects serving more than 250 million passengers every year. Projects include London Heathrow, Copenhagen Airport, Helsinki Airport, Queen Alia Intl. in Amman, Istanbul Airport, and a high-level wayfinding study in JFK, New York.
